   в рамках программы «Дней интеллектуальной собственности в Российской Федерации» в Казанском государственном университете им. В.И. Ульянова-Ленина прошла презентация Татарстанского отделения Кафедры ЮНЕСКО по интеллектуальной собственности, открытого на базе юридического факультета и факультета журналистики и социологии. Отделение было создано в нынешнем году для реализации образовательных, исследовательских, коммуникационных, просветительских, консультативных, экспертных и иных программ на основании Соглашения о сотрудничестве между Казанским госуниверситетом и ИМПЭ им. А.С. Грибоедова.

     в рамках учебного курса «Правовые основы журналистики» студентам 3 курса ИМПЭ была прочитана лекция доктором юридических наук, профессором Ю.М. Батуриным. Тема занятия – «Власть и СМИ».

    в редакции газеты «Известия» прошел Круглый стол, организованный по инициативе Республиканского НИИ Интеллектуальной Собственности (РНИИИС). Целью заседания была выработка согласованной позиции по проекту Четвертой части ГК РФ. В данном мероприятии приняли участие члены рабочей группы во главе с ее руководителем - Советником Президента РФ, доктором юридических наук, членом-корреспондентом РАН В.Ф. Яковлевым. Кафедра ЮНЕСКО была представлена Ананьевой Е.В., Зениным И.А., Козыревым А.Н., Лопатиным В.Н., Семеновым С.А. и Федотовым М.А.

   25 марта 2006 года при содействии Фонда имени Конрада Аденауэра на Кафедре ЮНЕСКО состоялась встреча со всемирно известным специалистом в области телевидения, радио и права СМИ – профессором, доктором Петером Шиви.
Во встрече приняли участие руководитель представительства Фонда им. Конрада Аденауэра в России доктор Томас Кунце, члены Кафедры ЮНЕСКО Федотов М.А., Карелина М.М., Монахов В.Н. и др., студенты ИМПЭ им. А.С. Грибоедова и МГЮА, представители СМИ.

    состоялось очередное заседание Кафедры ЮНЕСКО на котором обсуждался проект Части IV Гражданского Кодекса России. В дискуссии приняли участие Бачило И.Л., Громов Ю.А., Козырев А.Н., Лопатин В.Н., Монахов В.Н., Федотов М.А и другие. На заседании Кафедры присутствовали представители различных министерств и ведомств, неправительственных учреждений и организаций, представляющих интересы правообладателей, а также представители иностранных Посольств.

     Кафедра ЮНЕСКО совместно с Национальной Ассоциацией Телерадиовещателей (НАТ) провела дискуссию за круглым столом на тему «Перспективы совершенствования коллективного управления авторскими и смежными правами на ТВ и радио». В ней приняли участие представители профильных министерств и ведомств, телерадиокомпаний, авторско-правовых и других организаций. В рамках стола обсуждались практические вопросы сбора вознаграждения в аудиовизуальной сфере в пользу обладателей авторских и смежных прав и выработать по ним согласованную позицию.

    состоялась I Научно-практическая конференция «Проблемы и перспективы коллективного управления авторскими и смежными правами». Организаторами данной конференции выступили Министерство культуры и массовых коммуникаций РФ, Кафедра ЮНЕСКО и Российское авторское общество. В обстановке горячей дискуссии были обсуждены актуальные проблемы в сфере коллективного управления. Участники конференции приняли ИТОГОВЫЙ ДОКУМЕНТ, окончательная редакция которого согласована в интерактивном режиме.
